Plain-English policy.

The short version

Maple Avenue Labs LLC runs OutYet.ai. We use your email only for model-release alerts you select. We do not silently migrate the IsFable5Back.com list, sell personal information, or add subscribers to a marketing newsletter.

Release alerts

We store your email, confirmation status, selected models and providers, delivery history, and unsubscribe or suppression status in Amazon DynamoDB. Amazon SES delivers confirmation and release messages. Every message includes preference and unsubscribe links. Permanent bounces and complaints are suppressed.

Public waiting room

Chat nicknames, messages, reactions, poll votes, and queued YouTube videos are public. Recent messages expire after roughly two hours, although DynamoDB deletion may occur later. Moderation records, reports, rate limits, and temporary bans may be retained longer. Do not post private information.

Device and request data

Theme, local watchlist, chat identity, panel settings, and similar preferences use localStorage. Vercel, AWS, and our logs process request information such as IP address and user agent for hosting, abuse prevention, aggregate counters, and debugging.

Release-date guesses are limited to one active guess per model and network address. We store an opaque salted address hash, the guessed date, and aggregate count and sum values used to calculate the public crowd average. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the guess rows.

Analytics, ads, Discord, and YouTube

We use Vercel Web Analytics, one restrained Google AdSense unit, YouTube embeds for the shared player, and Discord for community invitations and release announcements. Those services process data under their own terms and may use cookies or device identifiers.

Your choices

Use the private preference link in any alert email to change your selections. Use the unsubscribe link to stop all alerts. You may request access or deletion by emailing hello@mapleavenuelabs.com. Clearing localStorage removes this browser's saved settings.
